Sally Shaw has lived and worked in the Languedoc for 11 years. For 8 years, she and her husband, Peter, owned and ran a luxury hotel barge called La Tortue. She knows what luxury holidays are all about. She knows that each of us are different and that holidays must be tailor-made to suit the individual. She also knows that "expensive" is not always a prerequisite to a great experience.
